A summary of what data this site gathers, how we use it, and what we do not do with it. In effect since September 19, 2026.
The quote tool
The quote form collects gender, birth date, how you describe your health, tobacco status, the coverage amount you're interested in, and the term length. That information is passed to the carriers' quoting system to fetch rates back, and this website does not keep it. You don't give your name, address, phone, or email to see quotes. When the same request comes in again, we might serve a cached answer so we don't bother the quoting system twice.
Applying
When you go to apply, the information you supplied is used to pre-fill a secure application running on the carriers' own platform, and from that point you're under their privacy rules. Susman Insurance Agency, a licensed California insurance agency (License 0B75129), manages the application process.
The contact form
The contact form requests your name, email address, an optional phone number, your preferred reply method, a topic category, and your message text. The form sends it by email to the agency with your email set as the return address. We don't archive the message here, don't maintain a database of all submissions, and don't log what was said. A brief anti-spam verification happens in your browser before the message goes out.
Measurement
Traffic on this website is counted using first-party analytics without cookies, served from this site itself. We don't create cookies or browser identifiers; part of your IP is hidden before being recorded; we strip the query details from the page where you came from; and raw logs vanish after three months. Browsers flagged Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control are excluded from counting entirely.
What we do not do
We do not sell your data, trade it with anyone else, use ads trackers to follow you, or bring in third-party analytics tools. The sole outside code anywhere on this website is the carriers' application window on the apply page, and that loads only when you visit it.
